Leader Valves

Leader Gate Valve

Gate valves typically feature a gate (wedge) that is raised and lowered by a threaded stem (rising stem design) to control the flow of fluid. The gate moves perpendicular to the direction of flow, providing a tight seal when closed.Gate valves are available in various materials such as cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, and other alloys. The choice of material depends on factors such as the type of fluid, temperature, pressure, and corrosion resistance requirements.

Leader Globe Valves

Globe valves have a globe-shaped body with an internal baffle and a movable disk or plug that seats against the valve seat to regulate the flow of fluid. The disk is connected to a stem that moves up and down to control the flow, hence the name "globe" valve.Globe valves are available in various materials to suit different operating conditions and fluid types. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, and other alloys.

Leader Check Valves

Check valves, also known as non-return valves or one-way valves, have a simple design that allows flow in one direction while preventing reverse flow. Leader Check Valves typically consist of a body with an inlet and outlet port, a movable disc or poppet, and a mechanism such as a spring or gravity that keeps the disc closed when there is no forward flow. Check valves are available in various materials to suit different applications and operating conditions. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, and other alloys.

Leader Forged Steel valves

Forged Steel Valves are valves whose components, particularly the body and bonnet, are manufactured using the forging process. This process involves shaping metal under high pressure and high temperatures to improve the strength and integrity of the material. Forged Steel Valves are known for their robustness and durability. Forged Steel Valves are typically made from forged carbon steel, forged stainless steel, or other forged alloys. These materials offer excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties suitable for various industrial applications.

Leader Blowdown Valve

Blowdown valves are designed to quickly and efficiently remove sediment, scale, and other impurities from steam boilers, steam generators, and other vessels in steam systems. They help prevent the buildup of these contaminants, which can lead to corrosion, reduced heat transfer efficiency, and equipment failure.

Leader Y type Strainer

Y-Type Strainers are named for their shape, which resembles the letter "Y". They feature a cylindrical body with a straining element (typically a perforated screen or mesh) shaped like a Y. The fluid enters the strainer through the inlet, passes through the straining element, and exits through the outlet, with the captured debris collected at the bottom of the strainer.
